Will Pilates help me to lose weight?

Pilates will catalyse the process of weightloss. Some cardio exercise and proper diet plan alongwith Pilates will help in faster weightloss.

I have not been doing exercise regularly. Will I be able to do it?

Absolutely. Our instructor will guide you with simple exercises and gradually progressing as your body becomes tuned for more movements. If you have any specific body condition, please discuss with us and your doctor.

What should I wear for exercise?

Any workout clothing which allows you to see the muscles you are working on. Pants, belts or loose shirts be avoided. Shoes are no-no. (Pilates) socks are must with hygiene view point

We suggest to bring your own water bottle and hand-towel. Also Pilates/Yoga socks which have grip are must

What is time duration of each session?

Each session is of one hour and aligned with start of hours like 7 to 8, 8 to 9, 9 to 10 etc. Thus if you come late, the session still finishes at the close of clock hour. So please be on time every time for availing full one hour session.
